LIBRARY! Visit the 24/7 family book box on the lawn of the Harris House, beside the road leading to Veterans’ Memorial Field. Built by volunteers, this box contains books you may take home to read. There are books for all ages. Feel free to add books you no longer wish to keep that are in good condition, or to keep books you wish to share or read again.. Question? Call Marilyn 623-9710

Winter fun at Veterans’ Memorial Field, weather permitting. Sled downhill. Ample parking area with footpath to top of the hill. No supervision is provided. Parents must assume responsibility for the safety and behavior of their children.

Concerts in the Park, Mondays, July 15 through August 19, Veterans’ Memorial Field, 7 p.m. Free, rain/shine unless pounding deluge or dangerous lightning. Under cover. Bring a chair or blanket (or use our benches) and consider layered clothing for unpredictable evening temperatures. Nonprofit concession stand on site. Enjoy the concert and browse through information about local events and businesses. Held by the town of Thurman using Warren County occupancy taxes. 518-623-9649. Thurman Maple Days

As the COVID-19 story unfolds, many of our host farms have made a difficult decision to cancel the event at their respective sites. Remaining fully open are Mud St. Maple, Valley Road Maple, Peru Llama, Blackberry Hill (limited). Most other hosts will be working at their sites and will be available if a shopper stops by. We have been told that The Maple Jack Wax Party WILL be held at town hall tomorrow, March 14, from 3-8 p.m. Live music, raffles and a great buffet dinner.FARM FARM INFO:
