Herbs:Detoxify your diet

March 3, 2020 @ 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm

$35

With an ever growing concern for the contaminants in our diet, it can be hard to know where to start.  In this class, we will cover some of the concerns we have for our foods and families.  Learn healthy alternatives to the foods you love as well as sources for quality foods.  A practical plan for increasing the purity of our foods in our daily life will be addressed along with a basic understanding of all the new and sometimes misleading terms used to describe our ever changing food supply.

CostCost—$45 for your first class, $35 for additional classes, payable in cash.  Herbal formulas can be ordered in class if you desire.  Classes that you take more than once cost $20

About: Our classes are held at Martin’s Lumber in Thurman NY.   Classes are held in the loft or the upper room depending on participants and weather.  All classes are meant for everyone from the beginner to the advanced herb user and are presented in an interactive form instead of a lecture allowing for a deeper understanding of the subject matter.  Children are welcome as guests or participants.  We break for lunch or a communal snack in the middle of the class.  All you need is a pen and notebook, if you wish to take notes, and a snack or lunch if you want.

Sign up:  RSVP if you will be joining us.  The cut-off for sign-up is 24 hours before the beginning class.   Contact Amy at [email protected]  or message me on Facebook at Thyme in a Bottle.
