Herbs: Eating Healthy

February 4, 2020 @ 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm

$35

Our classes are held at Martin’s Lumber in Thurman NY.   Classes are held in the loft or the upper room depending on participants and weather.  All classes are meant for everyone from the beginner to the advanced herb user and are presented in an interactive form instead of a lecture allowing for a deeper understanding of the subject matter.  Children are welcome as guests or participants.  We break for lunch or a communal snack in the middle of the class.  All you need is a pen and notebook, if you wish to take notes, and a snack or lunch if you want.

We all know how important nutrition is for our health.  The problem is that nutrition advice changes on a daily basis and it can be difficult to know what to do.  This class will focus on some of the basics of holistic nutrition that can easily be applied to your daily life.  Learn why natural foods provide the nutrients our bodies need and how herbs can be used as concentrated nutrient sources.  Herbal formulas will be discussed that can be used as natural nutrient supplements.

Reserve your spot now!

Contact Amy at [email protected]  or message her on Facebook at Thyme in a Bottle.

Classes cost $45 for your first class and $35 for additional classes and are payable in cash.  Herbal formulas can be ordered in class if you desire.  Classes that you take more than once cost $20
