Herbs: 52-Week Rebuild Series #4

February 2, 2020 @ 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm

$35

This is a 4 hour class meeting the 1st Sunday of each month with herbalist, Amy Cason who  “is passionate about providing people with the tools they need to create health within themselves”. Ongoing discussions and  herbs take us on a journey to rebuild our health.

Continuing on our journey, this month we will be our second formula for Base cellular health. We will be discussing breathing and hydration.  Bring your hydration calculations and we will work together as a class!  Our herbal preparation for this section will continue to address the internal environment of the cell.

Our classes are held at Martin’s Lumber in Thurman NY.   Classes are held in the loft or the upper room depending on participants and weather.  All classes are meant for everyone from the beginner to the advanced herb user and are presented in an interactive form instead of a lecture allowing for a deeper understanding of the subject matter.  Children are welcome as guests or participants.  We break for lunch or a communal snack in the middle of the class.  All you need is a pen and notebook, if you wish to take notes, and a snack or lunch if you want.

Classes cost $45 for your first class and $35 for additional classes and are payable in cash.  Herbal formulas can be ordered in class if you desire.  Classes that you take more than once cost $20

Keep a lookout for a new series being offered soon.

Contact Amy at [email protected]  or message her on Facebook at Thyme in a Bottle.
