Herbs: 52-Week Rebuild Series
January 6, 2020 @ 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm$35
This is a 4 hour class meeting the 1st Sunday of each month with herbalist, Amy Cason who “is passionate about providing people with the tools they need to create health within themselves”. Ongoing discussions and herbs take us on a journey to rebuild our health.
Continuing, this month we will build our formula for Base cellular health. We will be discussing the internal environment that the cells live in and the environmental factors that affect the health of the cell. Our herbal preparation for this section will address these concepts.
There is a $10 fee for any first time class after that the regular fee applies along with any material costs. If you wish to retake any course the cost is $20. Feel free to bring a snack along with a notebook.
Keep a lookout for a new series being offered soon.
Contact Amy at [email protected] or message her on Facebook at Thyme in a Bottle.
Come stay in Thurman-perhaps at The Glen Lodge B&B or, if you camp, inquire at scenic Daggett Lake Campsite or Glen-Hudson Campsite on the River.
Event information is subject to change. Please check back for updates.
